Elon Musk will soon begin preliminary work on a underground Hyperloop tunnel in Washington DC. The Tesla founder was given an early building permit this week by the city. The loop in theory, could stretch from DC to Baltimore, Philadelphia, and New York. Musk predicts the hyper loop can get people from DC to NYC in just under 30 minutes.
