Austin, TX, April 1, 2012 – Texas Spring Football Game – The Spring game was on a fine Spring day at Darrell Royal Memorial Stadium in Austin. Ricky Williams got his statue. Fozzy Whittaker got a punt return trophy. And David Ash seemed destined to be the 2012 QB. Case McCoy didn’t really step up like he did in last years Spring Game, throwing a couple of interceptions, but we still hold out hope that Case can team up with Jaxon Shipley for some exciting games next Fall. It looks like a good team that can build on last years comeback from the dead season.
